Scaffi - light scaffolding system
M.Z.V.  Light Scaffolding System is
designed for use faster than ever, with a
wide workspace and normal weight
loading, the light scaffolding system is the
best solution for cover work outside or
inside.
Economic - very fast (up to 60% faster
assembly then traditional scaffolding) and
secure assembly. Even semi-skilled
workers can assemble the scaffolding
system. Unlimited height (with proper
accessories). An average team of 4 can
assemble up to 300 m² a day.
Smart Scaffolding - the set is composed of
simple and convenient parts that even
lesser skilled labor can assemble. All
parts are light weighted (up to 50% less
weight then conventional scaffolding) and
do not require special lifting equipment.
Simple assembly method of pins and holes
promises easy work.
Safe - One scaffolding surface (metal
frame + 2 wooden platforms) can hold up
to 250 kg of both equipment and workers.
Wide workspace of 90cm for safe
passage. Access & Guard railings for
extra stability and safety built in.

Height - up to 20m standard tubes, over 20m with full load doubled tube.
Safety - on each stud there are safety pins for absolute accessories fixing.
Stability - beside the anchoring of the scaffolding to the building itself, there are steel
pipes which are connected diagonally with pin couplers to give the entire scaffolding
structure extra stability.
Worker safety - long rails (2.5m) and short rails (90cm) for hand holding. Suitable for
wood foot rail.
Placement & Adaptation - lower base optional with an adjustable jack (up to 55 cm) or
base with 10 cm step (max 70cm). The scaffolding can be placed directly on the floor
on any other suitable platform.
